The guys in the maintenance shop who put it together for me were great and knowledgeable and very helpful and just a great experience overall if you’re looking for a BMW, this is the place to come.

Wanted to say thank you to Tyler and BMW Ft Lauderdale for assisting in getting my swollen gas tank replaced under warranty. This is my second tank that has needed to be replaced. First one was this past May, when I took it in for my 12K service. My bike is a '22 S1000XR. Couple weeks ago I tried installing a tank ring for my new tank bag. Removed OEM bolts and bolts for tank ring would not align with with holes in tank, so bolts would not catch for tightening. Took it in to Tyler and sure enough, tank swelled again. After some back and forth with BMW, he got them to replace it under warranty for me. Thank you for going to bat for me and having my back. Much appreciated!!

I’m not always a fan of going to the dealership, but after calling around and I couldn’t find the tire I decided to give these guys a call. Man am I glad I did.
